About Us

Association of Indo Americans (AIA) is a non-profit organization which provides a forum to explore the rich and articleerse heritage of the Indian American community living in the United States. The mission of AIA is to foster and promote cultural and social interactions among the members,facilitate cultural events and educational programs pertaining to the Indian subcontinent, celebrate the articleerse cultural heritage of the Indian subcontinent and shares this rich culture with the community we now call home, USA. AIA also strives to provide support services to members of the Indian American community in the USA.

AIA promotes creative freedom to all communities that identify with India and the Indian diaspora. We want to encourage healthy competition to push creative limits in all aspects that speak of our culture including Indo-american culture. We will strive to do this in the most utopian way possible to create a safe, environment for everyone whose intention it is to promote creative cultural advancements of this community in a selfless and sustaining manner. We will pledge to bring all corners of our community to reflect the true colors of our vibrant culture.

We are very happy to announce that we will have Free Health Camps that Bay Area Community can take advantage of to check the well being of their families.

Free Health Fair:

Conducted by: Dr. Sanjeev Tummala (Palo Alto Medical Foundation) & El Camino Hospital South Asian Heart Center (SAHC)

FREE Medical & Medicare Counselling:

Provided by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services – the federal agency that oversees the Medicare and Medicaid programs, as well as Affordable Care Act programs like Covered California.

Information and counseling will be provided on available health programs – Medicare (mostly for people 65+); MediCal (for lower income people); Covered California (for anyone else without insurance – including recent immigrants. They can also refer people to appropriate agencies if they need more detailed information.

You can directly walk-in to attend the FREE medical and dental camps at Diwali Fireworks Bay Area.
